We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. The conditions for return are as follows:
●The product must be unused and in perfect condition, including complete packaging and all included items.
●Please ensure that the returned product does not have any scratches, dirt or damage.
Return Process

●Obtain Authorization: We will review your return request and provide you with a return authorization and relevant return address.
●Ship the product: Pack the product properly and send it back to our designated address via a reliable courier service. Please keep the mailing receipt for verification.
●Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will receive a refund notification and the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Refund processing time may vary, depending on the bank and payment provider. - Exchange Policy
We are happy to provide you with an exchange service. If the product you received has quality problems or does not match the product you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for an exchange.
Exchange Process
● Contact Customer Service: Please send an email to shipskill@brewmeasure.com to state your exchange request and problem description.
● Get Authorization: We will review your request and provide an exchange authorization and relevant exchange address after confirmation.
● Mail the product: Please properly package the product you want to exchange and send it to the specified address. Make sure the product is in good condition and includes all original packaging and accessories.
● Mail a new product: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship you a new product. - Special Circumstances
● If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant photos and information, and we will resolve this issue for you.
● We do not accept return requests that exceed the return/exchange time limit or do not meet the above conditions. - Shipping Costs
